to watch this new video (not the above picture), and see one of the “test pilots” who has been without arms for 26yrs, perform amazingly complex tasks with relative fluidity and ease is incredible,not to mention more than a little heartwarming.

“Jumpstyle” is a fairly new form of dance originating from the “hardstyle” gabba ,trance and techno sub genre in europe. I have seen these fucktards before,doing the “melbourne shuffle” etc in tandem and it is highly amusing, in a “mock the afflicted” kinda way . But now, to my abject horror, they have latched onto electro. This is not good people. The unholy union of the antithesis of eurocool with eurotarded.
Apparently jumpstyle originates in belgium… congratulations Belgium, you’ve single handedly hobbled another generation by inventing the gayest form of dance known to man. The respect i had for you for waffles and chocolate is out the fucking window.
The key to jumpstyle seems to be a hybrid mixture of semaphore and the willing miscoordination of the legs. I’m also assuming the style was honed by careful examination of cutting edge wedding dancing techniques.
I have yet to see it cross the channel and appear in any london electro nights, but all i can say is that you should do your part to keep this heinous flailing of limbs at bay, if you see any of “these people” at your local electro night i suggest glassing them swiftly…and repeatedly until they go away.

Sony pulled of a great marketing stunt for the upcoming nessie flick “the water horse” in tokyo bay. (click pic for craptastic quality youtube video)
Using well timed water fountains and digital projection, they managed to bring nessie face to face with the unwitting public.The video is great, i can only imagine it being ten times better in the flesh..so to speak.
Kudos to sony for an uncharacteristically clever marketing stunt.
Graffiti research labs collaborate with director “Dan the man” to create an awesome lo-fi video for “Styles/p/az and the large professor”.
they use their patented “hood style” bullet time rig to awesome effect, and graffiti artists throw up laser/led tags whilst the shutter is open. A nice organic change to the seemingly never ending abuse of trapcodes 3d stroke.

Finally had the misfortune of watching this film today, i know it’s old news but it disturbed me so much i had to post on it. This film veers from the rediculous to the completely insane, at one point the preacher suggesting harry potter (if he was real) should be put to death. Very scary and very sad to see young minds twisted by right wing fundamental evangelism.
On a side note i’m glad to find out that the camp has been shut down thanks to the movie. :-)
